As a Junior Discretionary Futures Trader at Raen, you will:

The Raen Trader Assessment Program is designed to identify individuals with the potential to thrive in our professional trading environment. The program evaluates trading aptitude, with an initial focus on basic profitability and a subsequent emphasis on how traders turn edge into profit. We analyze order-level data and look for indications of trade efficiency, providing feedback through a range of risk measures.

An overall performance rating allows traders to track their progress, with those demonstrating superior ratings invited to progress to our junior desk and gain an initial capital allocation.
