Senior Financial Analyst

Rapidly growing real estate investment firm is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to support investment and operating decisions across a diversified investment platform. This role offers broad exposure to real estate, M&A, operating businesses, and portfolio-level financial modeling, working closely with senior decision-makers on live transactions and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate markets, pricing, rents, and submarket dynamics
• Build detailed valuation models (cash flow, IRR, sensitivities, scenarios)
• Prepare lender and investor materials and coordinate through closings
• Support M&A activity, including target screening, transaction modeling, and due diligence
• Develop consolidated financial models and group-level forecasts
• Analyze capital allocation, liquidity, and portfolio-level performance
• Prepare decision-ready analyses, memos, and presentations for leadership

Background:

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in public accounting transaction services, corporate development, or a real estate investment firm
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills REQUIRED
• Experience in real estate investing, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of valuation, capital structures, and transaction processes
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of accountability and initiative
