Junior Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced professional environment. This role will support reporting, financial analysis, and business intelligence initiatives to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to support leadership and operational teams.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and client service teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and summary reports for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics (internship experience considered).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new analytical tools and banking systems.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a financial institution or similar industry.
