Associate Portfolio Manager

A growing investment management team is adding Associate Portfolio Managers to support and grow relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

This role works directly alongside a senior Portfolio Manager and is designed for someone ready to step beyond execution-heavy work into a more client-facing, investment-oriented position. You’ll gain exposure to portfolio strategy, client discussions, and the day-to-day decision-making that drives portfolio performance.

• Participate in client calls and meetings, helping prepare and walk through portfolio updates and investment discussions
• Build and refine client materials, including performance reports and portfolio summaries
• Monitor portfolios and flag changes in allocation, risk exposure, and liquidity needs
• Analyze performance and provide insights to support investment decisions
• Conduct research on investment managers, funds, and market opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to ensure trades, reporting, and client requests are executed accurately
• Review work produced by junior team members and help guide priorities
• Contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives

• 3–6 years of experience in wealth management, portfolio analysis, or investment-related roles
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and market dynamics
• Experience preparing for or participating in client-facing meetings
• Ability to clearly communicate investment concepts (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel and portfolio reporting tools
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
