Accounting Services Manager

Our client is an independent accounting firm with multiple locations across the country providing audit, tax, risk, and forensic advisory services for entrepreneurial, public, non-profit, and individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounting and closing process for a diverse group of clients
• Analyze financial statements, identify anomalies and variances, and provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve clients’ processes and overall business performance
• Review financial data prepared by the engagement team
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders
• Issue timely and comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
• Supervise client engagements and ensure adherence to technical quality control standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6-8 years of experience supervising an accounting team and managing multiple clients
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
• Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies utilized in a CAS practice
• Advanced Quick Books Online skills
• Knowledge of other cloud-based software applications

Salary Range
: $135,000-$150,000
