You understand law firm economics at a granular level— not conceptually, but operationally.

• You’ve lived in utilization, realization, collections, and write-offs
• You know how rate structures impact margin
• You can walk into a room with partners and challenge, influence, and guide decisions
• You operate as a business partner, not just a finance leader

• Law firm finance experience — required
• Background in a traditional law firm environment
• Deep expertise in:
• Experience across multi-office / multi-state operations
• Miami-based or open to relocation (hybrid)

• CPA strongly preferred
• MBA or similar business background adds leverage

• Not Big 4 / consulting without internal ownership
• Not an accounting-only role
