Company Overview:

A leading multi-family office and wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals while providing leadership to junior team members.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review complex individual, fiduciary, not-for-profit, and entity tax filings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Oversee preparation of detailed work papers, data processing, and conversion of information into reviewable work products.
  • Conduct and supervise research on complex tax issues, translating findings into actionable tax planning strategies for clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and technical support to promote professional development and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated family office services and coordinated wealth management support.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and assist in developing long‑term strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and recommend adjustments in client planning or compliance strategy where appropriate.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and client reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and team‑oriented work environment that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and entities.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing and reviewing complex tax filings.
Compensation:

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 + Bonus
