We are currently partnering with a highly regarded private investment firm seeking to add an Associate / Senior Associate to its Miami office.
The firm is a well established investor with a strong focus on the financial services sector, investing across areas including wealth management, insurance, specialty finance, asset management, payments, and broader financial technology. Over the years, the platform has built a strong reputation as a thoughtful, relationship driven investor with a highly thematic approach to investing and a strong track record across complex and strategic transactions.
The opportunity offers the chance to join a lean and highly collaborative team environment with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement throughout the investment process. The team is known for providing junior professionals with significant responsibility early on, while also maintaining a strong culture centered around intellectual curiosity, commercial thinking, and long term investing.
The role is best suited for candidates already in a Private Equity seat
, particularly those with experience across FIG, financial services, or related sectors

Prior exposure to financial institutions, specialty finance, insurance, wealth management, or fintech businesses would be viewed positively.
