This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Underwriter, located in FL, NY, UT, AND CT. The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and assessing loan applications to determine risk, analyzing credit and financial information, and making data-driven decisions. They will also collaborate closely with the sales team, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide valuable insights to streamline underwriting processes.

The role involves effective communication with stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity.

• Strong knowledge of credit and financial analysis, including evaluating risk and making data-driven decisions
• Proven expertise in underwriting, loan processing, and mortgage lending
• Proficiency in financial software and tools with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in underwriting or financial services in a senior capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the finance industry
