Responsibilities
- Perform complex technical review and analysis of financial data reported on various documents such as budgets, requisitions, year‑end settlement and financial statements, and voucher assistance payments.
- Recommend creative solutions to complex financial problems and take an active role in implementing needed changes to resolve the identified issue.
- Initiate and participate in complex and team assignments as needed to deal with cross‑cutting financial management issues.
- Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for financial matters relating to the Section 8 programs.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to the Field Offices, Headquarters, REAC, etc., as necessary on issues relating to the financial management of the Section 8 programs.
