Purpose of Role
Marex is seeking a Floor Trading Clerk – XFA who is responsible for supporting brokers on the MIAX Sapphire exchange floor in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities- Provide support to the brokers with administrative tasks and projects pertaining to daily trading activity of the desk.
- Handle position reconciliation and maintain reports for trade positions.
- Ensure timely input of trades based on client orders and as directed by brokers.
- Act as a liaison between brokers, traders, and dealers to ensure trading and operations run smoothly.
- All employees are expected to understand and comply with any Sarbanes‑Oxley operational requirements relevant to their role.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company‑determined parameters are complied with.
- Role model for demonstrating the highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

- To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility.
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
- To escalate risk events immediately.
- To provide input to risk‑management processes, as required.

- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Required to obtain SIE & Series 57 within 6 months of hire.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
$65,000 to $85,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus.
