This is not a transactional sales role — it is a highly consultative relationship management position focused on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and multigenerational families. Advisors are empowered to become long-term strategic partners to their clients, helping navigate complex investment, wealth transfer, legacy, and financial planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deepen relationships with affluent and ultra-affluent clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across investments, wealth strategy, estate and legacy planning, and broader financial objectives
  • Leverage and expand relationships with centers of influence including attorneys, CPAs, and business advisors
  • Develop new business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, and community engagement
  • Deliver highly customized and consultative wealth management solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or relationship management
  • Existing book of business and strong professional network preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive business growth
  • Executive presence, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
  • Passion for investments, client service, and relationship management
Preferred Licenses:
  • Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses — any combination is highly valued.
Hybrid Work Model:

This is a hybrid opportunity. During the first 3–6 months, advisors are expected to spend additional time in-office for onboarding, training, and immersion into the firm’s culture and advisory platform. Following that period, advisors typically maintain a flexible schedule — collaborating in-office periodically while spending significant time meeting with clients and developing relationships externally.

Interview Process:

The hiring process is comprehensive and relationship-focused, typically consisting of 4 to 5 interview stages over approximately 2–5 weeks.
