Key Responsibilities:

Build and deepen relationships with affluent and ultra-affluent clients
Serve as a trusted advisor across investments, wealth strategy, estate and legacy planning, and broader financial objectives
Leverage and expand relationships with centers of influence including attorneys, CPAs, and business advisors
Develop new business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, and community engagement
Deliver highly customized and consultative wealth management solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or relationship management
Existing book of business and strong professional network preferred
Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive business growth
Executive presence, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
Passion for investments, client service, and relationship management

Preferred Licenses:

Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses — any combination is highly valued.

Hybrid Work Model:

This is a hybrid opportunity. During the first 3–6 months, advisors are expected to spend additional time in-office for onboarding, training, and immersion into the firm’s culture and advisory platform. Following that period, advisors typically maintain a flexible schedule — collaborating in-office periodically while spending significant time meeting with clients and developing relationships externally.

Interview Process:

The hiring process is comprehensive and relationship-focused, typically consisting of 4 to 5 interview stages over approximately 2–5 weeks.
