Job Overview

This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position also processes cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and has deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
• English and Spanish language skills required.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

1st shift (United States of America); 40 hours per week.
