Accounting & Finance Consultants (Senior Associate Manager)
Salary: $90K-120K + Bonus (LOTS OF BONUS)

We are looking for technically strong, confident, polished professionals who can walk into a Fortune 1000 environment and deliver results from day one.
This is not a typical audit or corporate accounting job. It is a leadership-track consulting role where you will work inside major companies on their most critical financial initiatives.
Location RequirementMust live in, or be willing to relocate to, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Boca Raton. This is an onsite consulting role with local clients.
Public Accounting BackgroundMust come from Big 4 or a large/mid-sized public accounting firm producing at least $500 million in revenue. The work requires complex, large-client experience.
Busy Season RequirementMust have completed three busy seasons (January through April).

What You Will Do- Lead or support strategic accounting and finance initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies
- Apply strong technical accounting knowledge in areas such as GAAP, FASB, SEC reporting, and internal controls
- Adapt quickly to diverse client environments and quickly provide value
- Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders
- Contribute to high-impact projects that enhance both client outcomes and your professional growth
- At least two years in public accounting, Big 4 or large firm preferred
- At least two busy seasons at the Senior level or higher
- CPA completed or actively in progress preferred
- Strong GAAP and technical accounting skills
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and adaptability
