Role:
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Investment Officer role based in Miami, FL. The CIO will lead Sierra Capitals investment strategy, portfolio construction, and investment management initiatives across traditional and alternative asset classes.

Responsibilities:
Guiding strategic asset allocation, overseeing investment decision-making, conducting market research, and identifying compelling opportunities across public markets, private markets, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, real estate, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and other institutional strategies.

The CIO will play a key leadership role in manager due diligence, investment committee preparation, portfolio oversight, and long-term investment planning for ultra high net worth families, family office clients, foundations, endowments, pensions, and other institutional relationships.

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management across multi-asset class portfolios. Deep experience with alternative investments including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets. Prior experience at a family office, wealth management firm, or institutional investment manager preferred.
