The Senior Finance Specialist is responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, profitability, and alignment with corporate objectives. This role oversees budgeting, financial planning, treasury management, and performance analysis while driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the organization’s financial strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability.
- Manage and oversee the corporate budgeting process, monitoring variances and optimizing the allocation of financial resources.
- Supervise treasury operations and cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity and business continuity.
- Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and economic projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and overall business profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and enhance overall financial efficiency across the organization.
- Oversee financial reconciliations and account controls, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and traceability of financial information.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering high performance and achievement of objectives.
- Promote financial process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and control.
- Contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth and financial stability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- Previous professional experience in financial advisory firms (e.g., consulting, corporate finance advisory, or audit firms) is required.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
- Experience driving financial process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- High level of analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capability.
