The Sr. Manager, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for leading the financial analysis team and plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making and financial planning, specifically focused on commercial activities within the manufacturing sector. This role involves managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals for a company with over $500 million in annual revenue.

• Lead a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support commercial growth in manufacturing.
• Analyze market trends and their impact on commercial operations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast revenue and expenses related to commercial activities.
• Evaluate the financial performance of commercial projects and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Proficient in financial software and Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
• Experience in financial planning for manufacturing companies with over $500 million in annual revenue.
• Ability to analyze and interpret commercial financial data.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and their financial implications.
• Proficiency in managing commercial budgets and forecasts.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in commercial financial planning and analysis.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions as well as extended periods of typing.
• Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts.

This is a full-time, exempt position. This role requires flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Work schedules and expectations may be adjusted based on operational priorities and organizational demands. Positions in our production facilities may lead to regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. Individuals with sensitivity to pollen, molds, or strong odors may experience discomfort.

Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
