Job Description # Sr. Premium Analytics Analyst II

** Permanent* Collaborates with the team to research and complete the analysis of premium rates, using various tools to validate premiums through analytical skills and treaty comprehension.
* Strategically evaluates issues arising from premium validation and contributes to issue management and resolution with internal and external parties.
* Supports stakeholder communication, training, and ad hoc premium-related projects by researching, resolving, and documenting complex business and technical issues.
* Trains and mentors others on the team and within the broader Operations group on tools, processes, and querying techniques.
* Experience in audit within the financial services or public accounting industries.
* Reinsurance experience in accounting, auditing, or administration.
* Knowledge of reinsurance treaties, terms, and conditions.
* Experience with running reports in SQL, Hyperion, OLB, and Business Objects.
* A basic understanding of mortality pricing, assumptions, and models.
