IRAS Group is a privately owned real estate investment and hospitality company with a growing portfolio of hotels, commercial properties, and mixed-use assets throughout Florida, Texas, and Georgia. We are seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.

The Financial Accounting Analyst will support the accounting and financial operations of the company’s hospitality and commercial real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support, variance analysis, and operational reporting across multiple entities and properties.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review general ledger activity and support financial statement accuracy
• Perform variance analyses for revenues, operating expenses, and labor costs
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Maintain and update financial models and Excel reporting schedules
• Support hotel and commercial property operational reporting
• Coordinate with accounting, operations, and management teams on reporting needs
• Assist with audits, bank reconciliations, and special financial projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferred
• Experience with hospitality, commercial real estate, or property management preferred
• Knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, and budgeting processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
