We are hiring an Associate with a top-tier investment banking background to serve as the analytical and diligence backbone of the YXS investment process. This is a high-output, high-precision execution role. Financial Modeling:
Build and own financial models for every active deal. Deal Due Diligence:
Lead structured diligence across financials, customer validation, technology review, legal analysis. Investment Memos:
Draft detailed IC memos. Requirements: 2-5 years at top-tier tech IB program (GS, MS, Lazard, Evercore, Qatalyst). Compensation: competitive base, meaningful carry from day one, performance bonus, full benefits. Miami, FL - in-office role.
