Who You Are

You are a motivated exceptional financial services professional who is passionate about supporting key initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of all information provided on application
  • Assist in preparing credit applications
  • Assist with the preparation of CIP and KYC forms.
  • Effectively communicate the Terms and Conditions of the loan to the customer in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards with minimum supervision.
  • Assist AVP Business Development Officer in follow up of prospective clients.
  • Prepare and verify customer’s loan application via the phone
  • Collect documents from customer required to support decision of loan approval in addition to third parties documents such as condo questionnaire, litigation documents and insurance.
  • Ensure loans are ready to be processed as per established company procedures and policies.
  • Ensure proper communication with internal departments and parties involved in the lending process.
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls when applicable
  • Understand the need to elevate customer calls when appropriate
  • Ensure loan file requirements are met with lending criteria and standards
  • Handle all correspondence and confidential information with customers
  • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
  • Assist in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • College degree is preferred
  • Minimum of four years of related financial services experience and customer service.
  • Must be bilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
  • Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office.
