The Difference You Make:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the operations department. During the internship you will:

* Assist with data entry and validation in credit systems, including customer, facility, collateral, and approval information.

* Help monitor pending credit documentation, approvals, signatures, and post-approval conditions.

* Support the preparation of operational reports related to credit proposals processing, collateral monitoring, exceptions, or service levels.

* Help track loan drawdowns, renewals, amendments, cancellations, repayments, or collateral updates.

* Participate in the identification and escalation of documentation gaps, operational risks, or process delays.

* Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing practical improvements.

* Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer and credit information.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field.

Qualifications:

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate.

* Willing to learn and get hands-on experience.

* Attention to detail and follow through.

* Dedication to the team's success.

* Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
