Treasury Management Officer

Bilingual English/Spanish Treasury Management Officer

Hybrid 4 days in office, located in Doral

• Identify, analyze, sell, and support treasury management products for business customers.
• Collaborate with account officers to provide banking solutions.
• Enhance customer retention through superior service during all sales phases.
• Contribute to deposit growth by generating revenue from treasury products.
• Evaluate product profitability based on customer usage and fees.
• Build customer relationships through regular visits and referrals.
• Train sales teams on treasury management products.
• Complete assigned annual training and perform additional duties as needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in banking, preferably in Cash Management or Treasury.
• Must have experience selling products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking compliance regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and ethically.
