Founded in 1864, First Eagle serves as a steward of client capital across market cycles with five investment teams:
Global Value, Small Cap, Municipal Credit, First Eagle Alternative Credit, and Napier Park Global Capital.

First Eagle is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to support the firm's IR efforts by developing and communicating the firm's strategic, financial, and investment narrative to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of the firm's investor relations strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts.

- Develop and deliver investor communications, presentations, reports, and materials that effectively communicate strategy, business performance, investment philosophy, and market positioning.

- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, due diligence requests, and ongoing information-sharing activities.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and investor sentiment, providing insights to support IR initiatives.

- Prepare materials for investor meetings, board presentations, and strategic updates.

- Support financing, capital markets, and other strategic initiatives through research and stakeholder-facing materials.

- Track and analyze investor feedback and engagement activity, identifying trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in investor relations or capital markets communications at an investment management firm, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of investment products and financial markets.
