Job Summary

A well-established law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance its financial systems environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced financial systems professional with deep hands‑on expertise in Aderant Expert, SQL Server, reporting, integrations, and financial data analytics.

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a key subject‑matter expert working closely with Finance, Accounting, Billing, and IT teams to ensure financial systems operate reliably, efficiently, and accurately. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact reporting, dashboard, data integrity, system modernization, and process improvement initiatives in a stable, professional, in‑office environment. • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, SSRS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting tools.
• Support, configure, and enhance Aderant Expert in the Sierra cloud, including billing, collections, time entry, financial modules, security, workflows, rules, and forms.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Aderant and integrated applications.
• Troubleshoot complex financial systems issues, reporting discrepancies, data problems, and integration concerns.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, new module implementations, system enhancements, testing, deployment, and third‑party integrations.
• Document system specifications, data mapping, workflows, procedures, and troubleshooting steps while identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes.
