As a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based at PNC’s Brickell Financial Center Branch, 800 Brickell Avenue, Suite 106, Miami, FL 33131. Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
- Customer Focused: Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, creating customized solutions.
- Managing Risk: Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s or equivalent degree, related experience, or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Usually requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience—including military service—may be considered.
