- Maximize total product revenue and growth for clients within portfolio and sector, increasing quality of revenue based on opportunity.
- Generate loans and grow exposure year-over-year for portfolio and clients in sector.
- Understand the client’s strategy, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and desired outcomes/metrics of success.
- Develop a strategic client plan to address the client’s strategic and financial objectives, leveraging the expertise and solutions offered across our platform.
- Win capital markets and banking solutions or other advisory services that align with the client’s strategic and financial objectives based on banker’s knowledge of sector and client.
- Engage and facilitate introductions to appropriate product teammates across Truist to discuss specific solutions relevant to clients’ needs.
- Ensure there is a reasonably attainable strategy for delivering appropriate return metrics on capital deployment.
- Perform additional client management duties as specified by manager and team.
- BA/BS degree.
- Licenses:
Series 7 or 79, 63 and 24 for managers only. - 3-18 years of related work experience.
- Experience in leading the execution of an extensive variety of client transactions covering the full advisory and capital-raising spectrum.
- Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products.
- Proven ability to develop, nurture, and monetize "trusted-advisor" client relationships with senior executives.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Additional responsibilities on internal client management duties as specified by manager and team.
- MBA degree, with a Finance focus.
- 14+ years of related work experience.

BenefitsAll regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
