VP of Finance - Miami, Florida

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial operations, risk management, and strategic planning of its portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on optimizing liquidity, leverage, and overall financial performance. The VP will play a critical role in driving strategic decisions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the company’s financial health.

• Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business goals.

  • Oversee portfolio diversification efforts to align with long-term financial objectives.

  • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate financial resilience and identify growth opportunities.

• Financial Operations & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including equity partners and lenders.

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Perform in-depth financial analyses and modeling to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

• Liquidity & Capital Management:

  • Design and manage cash flow forecasting models to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.

  • Optimize capital deployment, balancing portfolio growth with liquidity needs.

  • Oversee capital calls and distributions to equity partners, ensuring timely and efficient processes.

• Advanced degrees or certifications such as an MBA

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and liquidity management.
