This opportunity entails performing routine cost analysis assignments requiring knowledge of basic cost analysis principles. Preparing and maintaining client budgets for projects/programs. Managing the vetting and recording of costs for projects. Reviewing and analyzing project invoices. Monitoring cost history to develop trends and forecast cost ablishing and tracking contingency funds.

• Reviews, analyzes, and processes invoices and payment applications.
• Operates budget/cost system, including documenting and tracking changes to budget, commitments, and expenditures. May manage budget/cost function for a small project or portion of a project with direct supervision.
• Generates standard and ad‑hoc reports including budget reports, forecast‑at‑completion estimates, and other reports under guidance.
• Tracks project estimate‑at‑completion (EAC) by recording all potential and actual changes to cost accounts, including change orders, trends, and deviations.
• Records transactions related to budget, commitments, expenditures, or forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree in Construction Management or Accounting, or
• In lieu of education, 2 years of relevant experience
