Seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Senior Financial Analyst for a growing manufacturer based in North Miami. This role will work closely with the CFO to deliver financial analysis and reporting to private equity stakeholders, while also supporting cost analysis across manufacturing operations. Ideal for someone eager to join a lean, hands-on finance team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

This is 100% in office; salary up to $100k. Candidate must have previous manufacturing or PE backed experience.

• Develop financial models for various business scenarios and projects
• Track operational KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Analyze actual versus forecast results and deep dive variances
• Develop financial forecasting tools to help streamline the forecasting process
• Analyze manufacturing cost variances and perform root cause analysis
