The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in specialized financial roles like private banking or investment advisory, coupled with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion.

• Facilitate the seamless delivery of services to ultra-high net worth clients by acting as a primary liaison between internal departments and external partners.
• Oversee the administration and tracking of trade pipelines to ensure all execution steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of sophisticated investment strategies tailored to specific client needs and cash requirements.
• Manage high-level communications and inquiries to ensure that all client and counter party requests are handled with precision.
• Support senior leadership in optimizing daily workflows and coordinating internal resources to maximize firm productivity.

• 5+ years of professional experience within financial services, specifically in roles such as client services, investment advice, or buy-side analysis.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve a diverse international client base.
• Exceptional proficiency in standard business productivity software, particularly advanced functions in spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with extreme attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• A university degree focused on finance, business administration, or accounting.
