Vice President Opportunity

We are looking for a Vice President level candidate for a near to intermediate term start. Our firm provides great opportunities for team members to take a significant role in sourcing & closing investments, work directly with portfolio company management teams and take the lead on other various firm initiatives.

• Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures
• Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints
• 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm
• 2-3 years of Private Equity experience

• Close attention to detail, with a high degree of accountability
• Self-motivation, ambition and desire for increased responsibility
• Good sense of humor, cultural fit and historical success working in a small team environment
• Combination of self-confidence and humility; views success as the success of the entire team
• Charismatic people person with high EQ and significant sales/marketing and founder alignment/selling upside.
• 2+ years at a top i-bank. Top 10-15% of class. Highest bonus payout. Top references.
• 2+ years of PE experience at a good firm prior to b-school. Top 10-15% of class. Highest bonus payout. Top references.
• Top 10 MBA program. Top 10-15% of class.
• MBA is ideal but not a requirement. Without it, they are going to need more demonstrated success.
• Someone with true Partner potential and upside. Confident, but not arrogant.
• Ties to MIA and FL strongly preferred.
