As a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at PNC's World Center Branch, 249 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33136. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, thereby elevating client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
