  Oversee a full-spectrum accounting and finance function spanning Project Accounting, Corporate Finance, and FP&A — with enterprise-level responsibility and the autonomy to build and shape your team!

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Accounting & Corporate Finance team across multiple departments, setting organizational priorities and driving performance
• Oversee all project accounting functions, including financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, construction loan draws, capital calls, AP/AR, and annual audits
• Direct corporate treasury and cash management activities, including banking relationships, wire transfers, reconciliation, and balance reporting across all company accounts
• Drive the company-wide annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across all departments, and ensure timely monthly funding of fees from project entities
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting to external capital partners, lenders, and investors, and ensure compliance with loan documents, covenants, and Operating Agreements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• CPA or CFA designation preferred
• Experience in real estate development or a closely related field (private equity, REIT, family office, etc.)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi or a comparable real estate accounting platforms
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing accounting teams
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of construction loan draws, capital calls, and project-level accounting.
• High level of integrity, executive presence, and the ability to interface directly with ownership and senior leaders
