• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and loan application documentation
• Assess client creditworthiness using established risk assessment frameworks
• Prepare detailed credit memos and present findings to senior team members
• Calculate financial ratios and evaluate cash flow patterns
• Verify application information and conduct background research
• Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential risk factors
• Collaborate with lending officers to develop appropriate credit solutions
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to interpret financial statements and tax returns
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in financial services or related field preferred but not required
