Riviera Dining Group Inc. is seeking a Controller / Finance Business Partner for the Miami area. You will partner with corporate accountants and venue leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across multiple concepts.
Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring costs, inventory control, and optimizing labor and beverage costs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in restaurant/hospitality finance, a finance/accounting degree, and strong Excel/BI skills.
