Are you an experienced Trust professional looking for your next opportunity in an international environment?
Amicorp Group is looking for a Trust Administrator to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with international trust and corporate structures, building strong client relationships, and taking ownership of a diverse portfolio.
What will you be doing?- You’ll manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, trustees, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate entities.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Preparing and reviewing trust and corporate documentation, including trustee resolutions and deeds of amendment.
- Ensuring client files and structures remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Supporting clients with international trust and corporate structures and finding practical solutions to complex matters.
- Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and international regulatory frameworks, including CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.
- Working closely with our Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Services teams across Amicorp’s international network.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support the growth of the portfolio.
- We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in Trust Administration, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Estate Planning, or a similar Corporate Services environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or professional trust-related qualifications.
- A STEP qualification in Trust and Tax would be a great advantage.
- Strong knowledge of trust administration and international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are always a plus!
