Relationship Manager – Director

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, multi-product clients for the Bank and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis
• Own, respond to, uncover, and anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
• Actively build a new business pipeline and call on clients and develop relationships at multiple levels across the client organization
• Client‑level planning, budget, and revenue responsibilities
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
• Work closely with cash management implementation team, Cash Sales Managers, Underwriting / Risk teams, Markets experts and RM Associates daily
• Coordinate with Product and Investment Banking coverage to deliver Product solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all times

• 15+ years of experience with Commercial clients in the Industrials sector
• Must have in-depth knowledge of banking products and services typically utilized by middle market clients
• FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (current or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
