Job Description

This role supports Credit Officers daily in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. It involves managing end-to-end processes for credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. The role acts as a primary liaison with credit teams, operations, and other business partners.

• Coordinate pre- and post-closing activities, including due diligence, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operations.
• Monitor requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement or other documentation.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Understand policy and procedures and ensure compliance.
