Annual Salary: $200,000-$250,000 + bonus

Location: Brownsville, Miami (next to Miami Airport)

Schedule: Monday-Friday in office

• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, audit coordination, and cost control initiatives.
• Manage treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Direct insurance programs and vendor relationships, including workers’ compensation and fleet coverage.
• Partner with executive leadership on operational and strategic financial initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 6 in accounting.

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a hands‑on environment.
• Strong background in accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and operational finance.
• Experience managing banking and insurance relationships and negotiations.
