Teller PT

Position Overview

As a Teller PT (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will provide customer service at PNC’s Young Circle Branch (1837 Tyler St, Hollywood, FL 33020). The role is in‑office and focuses on fostering inclusive teamwork and delivering a superior customer experience.

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Educate customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Managing Risk – Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in line with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Work Experience – Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree. Prior experience is not required; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
