Senior Analyst Financial Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Financial Operations to support payment processing and financial operations in a dynamic business environment. This role is responsible for ensuring payment acceptance processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in payment operations, and the ability to research, resolve, and improve financial processes while supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

• Support day-to-day payment processing and financial operations.

• Research, analyze, and resolve payment processing issues and operational exceptions.

• Ensure payment acceptance activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor transaction processing and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Compliance.

• Assist with the implementation of payment system enhancements and process improvements.

• Support projects related to financial operations, payment systems, and operational controls.

• Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices.

• Identify risks and recommend solutions to improve payment processes and internal controls.

• Provide timely reporting and analytical insights to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in financial operations, payment processing, banking operations, or a related area.

• Strong understanding of payment processing, financial transactions, and operational controls.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

• Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with electronic payment processing, card payment operations, or payment gateways.

• Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Experience supporting operational improvement or transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or payment platforms.

• Experience with data analysis and dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
