Role Description
- Acquisition research
- Real-estate financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
- Business diligence and dataroom management
- Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- Create complex real-estate financial analysis and valuation models
- Compile and present desktop analysis of key economic metrics in target markets
- Draft investment memorandums and investor presentations in support of presenting to equity and debt investors
- Interact directly with on-site management to update and maintain the corporate operating model and asset-level models
- Coordinate/conduct due diligence activities for properties under contract
