Financial Analyst - Capital Solutions - Secondary Solutions Pod, West Palm Beach

• Financial Modelling & Valuation:
  Build and maintain complex "bottom‑up" three‑statement and LBO models, fund‑level waterfalls (GP/LP distributions), and perform detailed valuation analyses.
• Deal Execution:
  Support all aspects of transaction execution from origination through to closing, including due diligence on portfolio companies and GP managers.
• Marketing Materials:
  Prepare high‑quality client materials, including Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and pitch books for new business development.
• Client Interaction:
  Engage directly with GP clients, assist in managing deal processes, and act as a point of contact in buyer discussions.
• Market Analysis:
  Track and analyse trends in the private equity and secondaries market, including evolving deal structures.

• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  1‑3 years in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, and GP‑led Advisory) or Private Capital investment roles.
• Technical

  Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical Ability:
  Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Houlihan Lokey offers a competitive total compensation package that may include discretionary incentive compensation. The senior analyst salary range is estimated at $120,000–$130,000, though actual compensation may vary. A competitive benefits package is also provided.
