VP, Acquisitions | Hospitality

A confidential real estate private equity firm is seeking a Vice President to join its acquisitions team, focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing value-add hotel investments across a diverse range of hospitality property types. This is a highly transaction-oriented role with limited asset management responsibilities, offering significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle from origination through closing. The ideal candidate is an ambitious investment professional with 5 to 8 years of experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility within an entrepreneurial and growing investment platform.

• Source and cultivate new investment opportunities through relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and industry participants
• Lead underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for prospective acquisitions
• Manage due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership and the investment committee
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify attractive investment opportunities

• 5 to 8 years of total professional experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, lending, advisory, or a related institutional investment environment
• Meaningful transaction experience involving hospitality assets
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live transactions and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proactive, business development-oriented mindset
