Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000

Position Overview

The Asset Manager will play a key role in supporting a small team focused on commercial real estate projects. This position involves conducting detailed investment analysis, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a reputable organization. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct property analysis of commercial real estate assets to assess performance and value.
  • Lead 1 or 2 junior analysts while mentoring and reviewing their work.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow models and financial reports for ongoing projects.
  • Communicate effectively with third-party vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support project needs.
  • Assist the legal team with documentation and compliance requirements related to transactions as Asset Manager
    .
  • Utilize Excel to perform calculations and create models for investment returns and scenario analysis.
Required Experience/Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate analysis as Asset Manager
    .
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction as Asset Manager
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience /Skills
  • Experience with commercial real estate assets and investment analysis as Asset Manager
    .
  • Familiarity with financial modeling tools and real estate valuation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments as Asset Manager
    .
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Coursework or certifications in real estate finance or investment analysis preferred.
  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling training is a plus as Asset Manager
    .
  • Continuing education in commercial real estate or related disciplines is advantageous.
