Senior FP&A

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team. This individual will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis while partnering with leaders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights and drive business performance.

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with operational and functional teams to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Develop and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in ad hoc analyses, business cases, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting corporate or business unit finance functions.
• Exposure to large or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience with financial planning software, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools.
