Michael Aaron Staffing is partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Finance to join its executive leadership team.

What You'll Do- Lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, monthly close, audit, and internal controls
- Partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on financial planning and organizational strategy
- Present financial results and recommendations to Finance and Audit Committees
- Oversee grant accounting, restricted funds, and nonprofit financial stewardship
- Enhance budgeting, forecasting, reporting tools, and financial processes
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support continued organizational growth
- Mentor and develop the finance function while driving operational excellence
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- MBA in Finance or related field required
- Experience leading financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Healthcare, life sciences, research, or mission-driven organization experience highly valued
- Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar ERP systems is a plus
