A large family office is seeking an experienced Trust Admin Manager to join its fiduciary services team.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of offshore trusts, ensuring exceptional service to beneficiaries while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and fiduciary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of offshore trusts in accordance with trust documentation, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for beneficiaries, responding to inquiries and coordinating trust distributions and communications.
- Coordinate investment activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, due diligence requests, and ongoing investment administration.
- Support trust distribution processes, beneficiary appointments, and wealth transfer activities.
- Review financial information, cash flow forecasts, and trust reporting while coordinating with internal and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, AML, KYC, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate trustee meetings, resolutions, governance documentation, and statutory filings.
- Partner with legal advisors, auditors, custodians, and other external professionals to ensure the effective administration of each trust.
- Participate in operational improvement initiatives and special projects across the fiduciary business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private wealth, or family office environments.
- Strong understanding of offshore trust administration, fiduciary principles, corporate governance, and wealth transfer structures.
- Working knowledge of FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC regulations.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and coordinate trust reporting activities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as TEP, CTFA, CFA, or related fiduciary qualifications are a plus.
