WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Loan Officer Assistant, you'll play an essential role in keeping every loan moving efficiently from application to closing. Working alongside our Loan Officers, you'll help ensure clients receive outstanding service every step of the way.

• Keep files on track. Manage and update CRM tasks so every loan stays organized and on schedule.
• Chase the details. Follow up with borrowers, real estate agents, and partners to collect required documentation.
• Communicate proactively. Monitor loan milestones and deliver timely updates to everyone involved.
• Stay ahead of problems. Identify and elevate issues quickly, with complete documentation and clear communication.
• Protect the file. Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready loan files.
• Elevate the experience. Help create a smooth, stress-free process for both clients and the lending team.
